Pastor Mark Timmer

Pastor Mark  grew up on a small farm in western Michigan. He attended Zeeland Christian Schools and Holland Christian High School. He received a B.A. in Greek from Calvin College and a Masters in Divinity from Calvin Theological Seminary (located in Grand Rapids, Michigan). During seminary he served churches in Michigan, Alaska, Florida and Nova Scotia.

Mark and his wife, Bonnie, and their three children reside in Tinley Park.

Pastor Mark stays active with walking, biking, and various sports (often with his kids), and finding ways to avoid camping. (He is thinking about starting a support group for non-campers). He also likes to read and do projects around the house.

 Jan Fronek

Administrative Assistant

Jan began working at Faith Church in 1987 as the “bulletin secretary.” During those 20 plus years her job description has changed, the technology has changed, the church building has expanded, pastors have come and gone, but she is still “typing” the bulletin as part of her weekly duties!
 
One thing that has not changed is the friendliness of the Faith Church family. A favorite part of Jan’s job is visiting with people who stop by the church office. She feels privileged to be able to work for, and with, such a great bunch of people.
